Speculoos Ice Cream - Take 2

I was on my way to Whole Foods to grab a bite but got sidetracked... ran into the Wafels & Dinges truck again! I had the cone this time and thoroughly enjoyed it!






They start by drizzling chocolate sauce into the cone.



And then the cone gets packed with ice cream before topping it with 2 generous scoops.
The texture of this ice cream made by Mont Blanc is smooth and melted at just the right rate (didn't become an instant drippy puddle and didn't stay solid forever like Jaques Torres'). Compared to last week's treat (link), this batch of ice cream had tons of gingerbread cookie mixed in. 




 Also the waffle cone was sturdy with a nice crunch.
