I stopped by L'Arte del Gelato today and it really made my day = )
I had an ice cream sandwich -- on a Brioche pastry. The pastry was light in texture and tasty (I almost bought some on their own to take home but didn't feel like carrying them) .
The gelato flavors I had were awesome -- full of blueberry or hazelnut flavor, and very smooth.
This place is definitely a winner!
The best part of the visit (2nd to eating gelato) was chatting with the owner Salvatore Postestio who is from Sicily. Nice guy and knowledgeable about gelato.
