Pop Bar - Gelato on a Stick

When I first heard of Pop Bar I thought it was just another poscicle store (e.g. People's Pops).  I'm glad I checked them out to correct my misconceptions.  Pop Bar specializes in making "gelato on a stick." They also have sorbetto & yorgurt pops.

I chose the Pistachio Gelato pop and loved it! It was covered with fresh pistachios and dipped in a smooth & dark chocolate that complements the nutty flavor well.

Such a smart idea to take two old ideas (gelato & poscicles) and merge them into this new creation.
